Call for papers

The Intercultural Studies Group is pleased to announce its sixth international conference for graduate students and young scholars: New Research in Translation and Interpreting Studies 2013.

Participants should normally be students in MA or PhD programs, or recently graduated students of such programs. Proposals should refer to empirical data of some kind.

The following application form may be completed in English or Spanish.

Deadline: January 18, 2013 (The abstract is not to be considered definitive and you can make changes later.)

Candidates will be notified of acceptance by March 5, 2015.

Speakers will be given 20 minutes to present their project; each presentation will be followed by 15 minutes of discussion. This format is designed to promote international contacts among novice researchers and to encourage extensive feedback from peers.
